Your organization's record is built from one thing: work your business delivered that the business on the other side confirmed.
It is not an average of your staff's scores. Not a blend, not a weighting, not a tiebreaker. No employee's personal score, Work Score or performance data goes into it at all. This is what the published Terms say, and it is how the service is actually built. The record that Credda serves carries the statement with it, every time anybody reads it:
“Not derived from the people who work here. No employee's personal score, work score or performance data contributes to this record.”
An older version of this did blend staff scores, and it was replaced, because it measured who happened to work somewhere rather than what the company did.
An outcome counts when a separate business confirmed it. An electrician's limited company that rewired a dental practice, where the practice confirmed the job was done and when, has one confirmed outcome.
An outcome does not count when your business reported it about itself, or when you named your own business as your own customer. It is still recorded. It is never counted as confirmed. Only a distinct counterparty produces evidence.
That means a business that reports its own perfect delivery record ends up with nothing confirmed, which is the correct answer rather than a bug.
If nothing has been confirmed, the record says there is nothing to show. That is not a fault and it is not an error page. A company with no confirmed work has not earned a number yet, in exactly the way a new person's account has not.
The same answer is given if Credda's scoring service cannot be reached at that moment. That is on purpose, so that a temporary outage is never dressed up as a bad record.
If your on-time rate has not been measured yet, you see a dash. You do not see 0 percent, because 0 percent means "every job was late", which is a very different statement and would be untrue.
Nothing in the product earns your organization a verified mark. There is no application, no form and no fee. Only Credda staff can set it, and when they do it is audited. A badge you could not earn was removed from the organization page for that reason.
If you want somebody to look at your organization, for example because you are a genuine two-person business and the automatic checks do not fit you, write to support@credda.io and ask.
Not a record of your customers. Credda holds no consumer register, no no-show list and no blacklist of any kind. A corner shop cannot use Credda to keep a list of customers, and neither can a dental practice, a care agency or anybody else. That was considered and refused.
Not a recommendation, endorsement, credit decision or hiring decision. The record says what was recorded. It never says what anybody should do about it.
Not a claim about anything you have not been reported doing. An empty record means nothing was reported, not that nothing happened.
Business to business only. A record of outcomes between two businesses is not a consumer report, and nothing about it changes the protections that govern reports about individual people.
You can record which industry you are in. It is optional, it is never ranked, and it is never an input to anything. It is a label on your page, not evidence.
The same goes for how long you have been trading and who your customers are by name. Neither is scored.
Do the work and get the other business to confirm it. That is the whole mechanism. There is no faster route, and the routes that look faster, such as recording your own outcomes in bulk, produce nothing that counts.
