What the meter enforces, today. Runs are pooled across the organisation and every run is recorded against it. The meter declines a private run for an invalid licence, the wrong organisation, or the monthly seat limit; as of 2026-09-03 it does not yet decline one for exhausting the pooled run allowance. Business grants an unlimited pool, so on that plan there is nothing to exhaust and this says the same thing either way. On Team the allowance is a stated plan property that the meter does not yet apply. That is the catalogue's own sentence, dated 2026-09-03 by the catalogue.
